Nonviolent Communication III will focus on deepening an understanding of and improving fluency in communication. Participants will practice foundational skills in new ways, learn how to manage expensive emotions, and offer empathy to strengthen connection by gaining clarity on how thoughts, words, and actions impact intra and interpersonal relationships.
In order to attend this workshop, you must have attended Nonviolent Communication I and II.
This event is in person with limited seating. Please only register if you can attend the entire time.
