What can you expect at this event?
Whilst there will be some input, most of the time will be spent exploring techniques and strategies in a practical context - building on the interests and background of those who attend.
The workshop will be led by Nicolas Paz. He is;
Director of CNI: In this role, he oversees programs that integrate nonviolence into Catholic social teaching and daily community life.
Academic: He is an Associate Professor and mediator at the Pontifical University of Salamanca.
Global Advocacy: He represents Pax Christi in high-level dialogues, advocating for the role of religious leaders in peacebuilding and nonviolent direct action.
Who is this workshop for?
Anyone interested in finding our more about nonviolence and how nonviolent techniques and strategies can be used in local situations of conflict.
Numbers are limited so booking is essential.
The attendance fee is £10. Bursaries are available. Please email [email protected] if you need a bursary in order to attend.
