Reverse Job Fair

Lighthouse Futures Trust is dedicated to supporting neurodivergent young adults, aged 18–25, in securing paid employment through our 10-month Supported Internship Programme.

Our interns, all of whom are autistic or have mild to moderate learning difficulties, possess remarkable talents and strengths that can bring real value to any workplace.

Each intern is currently on placement with one of our employer partners. They are now eager to embark on their employment journey and would love to share their skills and interests with you.

This informal event will allow you to meet our interns face-to-face and explore tthe valuable contributions they can make to your organisation.
