โ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฆ began in 2010 as a bedroom-born exploration of depressive black metal and melancholic atmospheres. The projectโs debut demo, ๐ฟ๐ฌ๐๐ก๐ก๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ฃ ๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐จ, was released shortly after via Misanthropic Art Productions.
A live debut followed in 2012 at Sydneyโs Devil's Arcana Festival alongside Drowning the Light and Pestilential Shadows, leading to a string of Melbourne shows with acts such as Idylls and Encircling Sea.
Later that year, the bandโs critically acclaimed full-length ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฉ๐๐ง๐จ ๐๐ค๐ช ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ง๐๐, ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฉ๐๐ง๐จ ๐ ๐ฟ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ง๐ค๐ฎ๐๐ gained international recognition before Nontinuum fell silent in 2013. Now, over a decade later, the core trio has returned. Rehearsals resumed in late 2024, with select live appearances scheduled for 2025 โ and for the first time in more than 12 years, a new album is on the horizon.โ
