Join us for a 2-hour intensive bootcamp designed for nonprofit directors and executive leaders. This session will equip you with the critical legal knowledge needed to effectively manage, lead, and grow your nonprofit organization.

Understand the legal fundamentals crucial for nonprofit management, including the distinctions between nonprofit and for-profit legal requirements.
Ensure compliance with laws, maintain tax-exempt status, and manage conflicts of interest while effectively minimizing legal risks and fostering an ethical organizational culture.
Understand Nonprofit Law, focusing on key statutes, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and regulatory compliance.
Master fiscal responsibility principles, including fiscal sponsorship, grantmaking and donation management, and annual tax compliance.
