The Rev. Canon Stephanie Spellers is the author of several books and Canon in Residence at St. Bartholomew's Church in New York City. She served nearly a decade as canon to Episcopal Presiding Bishop Michael Curry, leading the denomination's work on evangelism, new ministries, racial reconciliation and social justice.
