Info: Dr. Susan Nichols has dedicated her life to building bridges across diverse communities, fostering connections among people of varied backgrounds and experiences. Her 30-year career in nonprofit development and community partnerships underscores her unwavering commitment to nurturing meaningful relationships and driving positive social change.

As an accomplished Executive Director and board member, Susan has been a driving force in the growth and education of organizations addressing a wide array of social issues. She founded Connecting Communities Consulting to further her mission of empowering nonprofit organizations and their leaders through strategic leadership, organizational, and community development.
She has been a member of the National Leadership Cohort for the Christian Community Development Association, dedicating years to traveling across the U.S. to collaborate and implement best practices alongside some of the nation’s foremost experts in community development.
