Our non-physical Self Defence Seminar is aimed at those who🤔 Are interested in the psychology and timeline of an attack, from both the attacker's and the defender's mindset.
👩⚖️ Want to know more about the legal aspects of what happens after an incident, as unfortunately, there are always consequences.
😇 Would like information on initiatives available that focus on the before, during and after an attack.
📖 Are interested in learning more academically and would like some reading recommendations on the subject in addition to the course references.
🎗️ Have family members who are going to travel alone, go to high school, college or university soon and want to help with some tools and guidance to help keep them safe.
🙅 Or those that simply are unable or choose not to participate in a physical self-defence class, but would like to learn some essential life skills.
This session will be held at Firhill Complex in a private, relaxing environment, with a maximum group size of 15 people.
Free parking is available at the venue.
