NOTE: No level required — we just want to have a good time, boost endorphins, and kickstart a productive week.
For those who want to run more:
- You can do a “pre-run” and join just before the start at 7PM
- Run extra and re-join us at the end.
About the meeting point, La Carioca ():
- LOCATION: a few meters away from BARCELONETA METRO STOP (Yellow Line) - GOOGLE MAPS
- STORAGE: They will store & lock our belongings
- DISCOUNT: We'll have a 10% discount on drinks & food!
PROGRAM:
- 7pm: Meeting at La Carioca
- 7.15pm: Simple networking game/icebreaker + WARMUP
- 7.30pm: Start of the run
- Somewhere in the middle, we can have 1-2x little breaks, and sometimes we run 5K non-stop!
- Approx. 8.15pm: Return to La Carioca
- 8.15pm: Optional drink & dinner with 10% off @lacariocabcn:)
