🌿 NODA Peace MeditationBreathwork + Sound Healing for Peace & Collective Grounding
This gathering marks the first official event by NODA Social Impact Foundation, a registered non-profit organization founded in December and operating within IOTA Field | Meditation & Social Impact.
At a time when much of our collective attention is pulled toward conflict, crisis, and constant stimulation, this event is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect — shifting attention from overwhelm toward peace, presence, and constructive connection.
🌬️ The Practice (Breath + Sound)
This is an integrated breathwork and sound healing session (not a standard sound bath).
We begin with guided breathwork inspired by yogic and Kundalini-informed approaches to ground the body and regulate the nervous system. From there, we transition into immersive sound healing using gongs, crystal singing bowls, and Tibetan singing bowls to support deep relaxation, emotional release, and inner clarity.
🎶 Facilitated by Ramyar Zavvareh
Ramyar is an Iranian–Kurdish sound healing practitioner and intuitive guide with a background connected to breathwork, yogic traditions, and embodied meditation. He offers grounded, inclusive spaces across diverse communities and cultures.
