About this Event
Did you know that there are thirteen native Florida bat species? Come explore this beautiful park on this spring evening as we learn about our mysterious noctural animals- bats! On this guided nature walk, we will learn about the life of bats, their vital role in our ecosystem, and the mysterious myths that surround them. After this program, you will view bats in a while new light (or dark)!
DETAILS
FREE program, reservations required
Begins at 7:00pm and will last until approximately 8:00pm
The length of this nature walk is about 3/4 mile across various natural surfaces, mainly shell rock
Please wear appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear
Bring water, sunscreen, and bug spray
Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult
No pets
All participants will be required to sign electronic waivers that will be sent out prior to the program
