Kids off from school? We've got you covered! Bring your 6 to 12-year-olds to our No School Day Kids Yoga classes for some fun, mindful movement.Each one-hour class is a unique adventure, with themes that change with the seasons. We'll explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, and creative games to help kids stretch their bodies and calm their minds.
Upcoming No School Day Yoga Classes:
October 3: Fall & Halloween
November 7: Gratitude & Thanksgiving
January 19: Winter Wonderland
February 13: Love & Friendship
May 15: Spring Fun
Classes run from 10:00 am to 11:00 am and cost $10 per child. You can pay with cash or a check when you drop in.
Make sure you RSVP and come early, as we need a minimum of 6 kids to hold the class.
