No Other Land movie screening by Seattle Friends of Standing Together
Join Friends of Standing Together for a special screening of No Other Land, the 2025 Academy Award–winning documentary filmed by a Palestinian–Israeli collective. The documentary follows Palestinian activist Basel Adra as he films the demolition and forced displacement of his home region of Masafer Yatta in the occupied West Bank, and explores his unexpected friendship and alliance with Israeli journalist Yuval Abraham — a partnership that highlights both the brutal realities of occupation and the possibilities of solidarity.
After the screening, enjoy light refreshments and a community discussion featuring Friends of Standing Together members who recently returned from visits to Israel. We’ll also share updates on Standing Together and ways to get involved locally.
