LIGHTS OUT. LET'S DANCE!
Experience Hong Kong's happiest dark disco.
We turn off the lights and crank up the tunes to release our inhibitions, move our moods, and work up a wild sweat – all completely sober.
No Lights No Lycra is a global dance movement that started in June 2009 in Australia.
Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes to dance in.
Please arrive on time. (Sorry, late-comers will not be admitted or refunded)
NO LIGHTS NO LYCRA IS:
- a place for people to come and dance freely in a friendly, non-threatening, drug and alcohol-free atmosphere.
- an event that occurs in a dark room with the lights off so people can truly dance without worrying about what they look like.
- a time to dance independently in the company of others.
- not about technique and being a "good" dancer; it’s about the experience of dancing with no one watching and the joy that this brings!
- a place to exercise at your own pace while having fun.
- about making dance accessible for everyone.

Dancing with us is an activity you participate in at your own risk. The event organisers and venue owners are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, property loss or damage, or any other incidents that might happen before, during, or after the session.
You are responsible for your own safety and wellbeing. By attending, you accept all risks linked to your participation and waive any claims against the organisers.
