Hearing screenings are vital in early identifcation of hearing loss in children and preventing problems with communication, learning and development. Middle-ear fluid build up commonly occur in young children as a result of cold, ear infections and nasal congestion due to their narrow and flat auditory structures.
The hearing screening program at ESF Quarry Bay will be conducted during Wednesday and Thursday, February 11-12th 2026 using Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA), an easy assessment that allows insight on your child's hearing sensitivity levels, that is used medically amongst GPs, ENTs, Pediatricians and Speech Therapists.
The last day to register is Friday, January 30th at 11:30pm.
