Dean Lister is a highly decorated martial artist, having competed in the UFC, Pride and held the King of the Cage middle weight championship. Dean won the highly coveted ADCC championship twice and the ADCC Superfight Championship. We are so excited to bring this level of world class grappling to Arizona and share it with all the Jiujitsu community.
