Join me for a brand new online series this season. No Falls Fall: Fall Prevention and Recovery will feature a weekly seated and standing yoga practice designed to improve your balance and agility, as well as the movement skills and strength needed for getting on and off the floor. This class series is perfect for anyone wanting to work on preventing falls, getting up and down from the floor, or simply improving your balance and standing movement at any age or stage of life to support healthy living.Options will be given to support a range of abilities. This program is appropriate for anyone who can alternate sitting and simple standing postures over a period of one hour, and can sit down/ stand up from a chair. You do not need to be able to currently sit on the floor, although floor sitting options will be provided for those who want to. No yoga experience required.
Program fee (4-week series): $80. Classes will be recorded (only the teacher video will show on the recording) and will be available to registered students to view for one week following each class. Downloads will not be permitted.
