If the day couldn’t get any more exciting, we’re kicking things off with a TAWF (Team Armwrestling Federation) 5 vs 5 match between New York and Ontario, followed by the main event of the day: MAC 3, March 8th!The full card and details will be announced soon, but here’s a taste of what’s to come:

• Women’s Weight Classes:
• Less than 165 lbs
• Over 166 lbs
💼 Pro Tournament Prizes:
• Cash Prize for the overall winner! A portion of the entry fees will be added to the pot for the overall winners of each arm.
• Medals for the top three in each pro weight class.
• Super Match Offer for the winner of each pro class at a future MAC event.
• Special prizes:
• “Match of the Day” and “Most Dominating Puller” sponsored by MAC

All matches will use MAC tables and rule sets. Expect a high-energy day with a No Elimination format—every competitor will get at least 4 matches.
Competition Rules:
• Set grip start
• 3 fouls per match, 1 warning
• 8x10 centered elbow pads
• All slips go to straps
