Guys, join us to get a grasp on your health with our No-Cost Men's Health Screening!
The event takes place on Monday, June 15, from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m., at the Blessing Health Cancer Center Complimentary Services room at Blessing Hospital.
The screening includes the following:
- Prostate screening
- PSA lab test
- Cholesterol screening (Requires a 12 hour fast. Cholesterol screening includes total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides and fasting glucose)
- Hemoglobin A1C (Elevated fasted glucose, history of diabetes or pre-diabetes required to qualify for A1C)
- Hearing screening
The screening is free of charge, but registration is required and spots are limited.
