Our event, NNxWW Psychedelic Breathwork, combines guided breathwork with curated music that opens an internal portal for your mind to transcend to an altered state of consciousness.* If you’re seeking an enlightening experience to release stress, evoke a state of knowing, reach a flow state, or space of deep meditation, warmly we welcome you. The event is designed with an emphasis on harm-reduction to aid you in setting an intention, safely guide you through the depths of your breath, and reflect on your journey. No experience is necessary- you inherently possess the open mind and ability to breathe required to participate. Join us for inner exploration that enlivens the wonders of your mind and soul!
