Adeline is a certified Enneagram and NLP Consultant (est. 2022) with a passion for decoding the "why" behind what we do. She defines Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) as the study of how our thoughts (Neuro), language (Linguistic), and patterns of behavior (Programming) interact to create our reality. By understanding this connection, we can "reprogram" our responses for better outcomes.
