Hello everyone,
We will be hosting an event from August 5th to 8th, possibly extending to the 9th.
On August 5th, we have Regatta Day. Someone will be there to set up a meeting and greeting spot and plan for that night.
As I mentioned in another video, I’ve provided information about accommodation, including the name of a hotel and campgrounds. Please review that.
For August 6th, 7th, and 8th, we’ll be sending out more details as we finalize the plans. The ticket prices aren’t ready yet.
We weren’t accepting new committee members at the moment, but we still need your help. We’ll be asking volunteers to help out with the events as the time gets closer.
We’re all excited about this event! It’s been 10 years since the NL hosted one.
