We meet regularly to discuss books related to mental health. Some past book topics have included: boundaries, mindfulness, and self-care.The book that we will be reading for our next book club is, "The Let Them Theory" by Mel Robbins. Our meetings for this book will be on August 12th, August 26th, and September 9th from 10AM-11AM at the NAMI Wood County office.
