- How to protect your supply
- Making the most of the golden hour
- Understanding tongue and lip ties
- When and how to ask for help
Led by Nicole Major — IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) and postpartum nurse — this class blends evidence-based teaching with real-life, judgment-free support.
