About the Event

Join us for an awesome in-person event all about breast health! A safe, empowering and engaging workshop created for Black women and women of mixed Black heritage to come together, learn and connect.

This interactive session is designed to raise awareness around breast health in a way that feels accessible, supportive and real. You'll gain practical knowledge on how to check your breasts, recognise changes and understand the importance of early detection; while also exploring how lifestyle, movement and nutrition can play a role in prevention.

We're proud to be working alongside a range of organisations and facilitators to deliver this experience, including:

  • Breast Cancer UK
  • Touchy Feely
  • The Fitness Explorer (Darryl Edwards)

With additional support from:

  • Breast Cancer Now
  • Prevent Breast Cancer

Providing tailored resources and information designed with Black Women in mind.

Enjoy a delicious Caribbean-inspired vegan whole food meal provided by I Heart Food in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. We will also be providing free Tea & Coffee.

Your Voice Matters

This is your opportunity to share your voice and help shape future research, conversations and awareness.
