Local restaurants enter their chili in hopes of winning the award for best chili from our attendees and a panel of guest judges. Your support ensures that we can continue to preserve the legacy of the fire service through our regional collections and exhibits while teaching fire safety and prevention. Your support allows us to honor and protect the past, present, and future of the fire service.
