The Aotearoa Toa competition is coming up soon (3-5th April) at Flow Albany!Want to sharpen your skills before the event? We are running two Ninja Workshops for all ages to help athletes build confidence on obstacles, get a feel for ninja-style movement, have fun and be inspired.
These sessions are open to everyone and are a great chance to:
- Learn obstacle techniques
- Improve grip strength and movement efficiency
- Practice problem solving on obstacles
- Build confidence for competition day
The workshops will be fun, supportive and focused on helping everyone improve.
They will run as part of the Drop In Open Sessions at Flow Albany at the regular price of $18 entry.
Sunday 15th March 1-2pm
Saturday 21st March 1-2pm
Make sure you turn up for the 12:30pm start of the Open Session before the Ninja Workshop begins!
Bookings for the Ninja workshops can be done ahead of time on our website, or you can pay on the day. www.flowacademy.co.nz/book-now
Make sure to select the Drop In open session for the date of the workshop you wish to attend
