In this program, we focus on the fun aspect of American Ninja Warrior and the conditioning that is needed to beat the obstacles. We will start with a group warm-up game to make sure we are ninja ready. We will break down into groups according to age. Then our amazing ninjas will try out the course in sections. Once our Ninjas are ready we will do the entire course, timed. We will then have a fun game and cool down. Please wear tennis shoes.
