Nine Below Zero Duo Bring Acoustic Blues to CroydonGet ready for an intimate evening of top-tier musicianship as Nine Below Zero founders Dennis Greaves and Mark Feltham bring their acoustic blues show to the Shirley Community Library this September.
Formed in South East London in 1977, Nine Below Zero boasts a 45+ year career that includes headlining the Hammersmith Apollo and sharing stages with rock royalty like The Who, Eric Clapton, The Kinks, and Sting. Now, fans have the rare opportunity to catch Greaves—widely regarded as one of the UK’s finest blues guitarists—and harmonica ace Feltham in a stripped-back, local setting. Feltham's impressive resume alone includes performances with the likes of Rory Gallagher, Talk Talk, Rod Stewart, and Tom Jones.
The duo will be performing iconic Nine Below Zero tracks from their albums Denmark and Duo, alongside classic blues covers paying homage to legends like Sonny Terry & Brownie McGhee, Slim Harpo, and Jimmy Reed.
