For this meet-up, we’ll be discussing Part 1 and Part 2 of the book, diving into themes of love, inner peace, compassion, and the true purpose of yoga beyond the physical practice.
Rather than rigid rules or philosophy that feels out of reach, Nischala Joy Devi presents the sutras as a pathway back to the heart.

We’ll also touch on Parts 3 and 4, which we’ll explore more fully at our June meet-up — so you can read ahead if you’re feeling inspired.
