Nikki and the Barn Boys are a Massachusetts-born, Texas-based, soulful indie rock band made up of two sets of brothers and the powerful vocals of lead singer, Nikki Childs. They create a raw and emotional sound that leaves the audience wanting more. With influences ranging from classic rock legends to modern alternative innovators, they produce a refreshingly new sound. Their music captures the essence of late-night adventures, heartbreaks, and the unfiltered intensity of living for your dreams.

The Overlook formed at the University of Maryland in January 2024. The band consists of vocalist and guitarist Patrick Scott, bassist Ryan Jaikeran, drummer Aditya Krishnamoorthy, guitarist Connor Kennedy, and guitarist Sean Wells. Starting out playing cover shows at dive bars around the Baltimore area, the band would slowly accrue a solid repertoire of original songs, ranging from barnburners like Ravens On The Wall to wistful pieces like October. The band would produce a taste of their dynamic live oeuvre with the live EP DC Demos, released November 8, 2024. From the Pearl Street Warehouse on DC’s waterfront to the iconic Ottobar in Baltimore, The Overlook has garnered a reputation for captivating performances throughout the DMV. They continue to perform regularly throughout the region, and are in the process of recording their debut studio album.

Lookout is an Indie and Alternative Rock 5 piece from Maryland. Their sound blends intimate and beautiful to loud and powerful. Vocalist (Kate Pass) showcases a dynamic range while delivering introspective lyrics. Their songs make you feel like you want to dance and cry at the same time. Taking influence from bands such as The Backseat Lovers and Peach Pit, Lookout’s music is very guitar centric with exciting rhythms. Through this they put on an eye and ear catching show that turns an audience into fans.
