Challenge yourself while supporting Nightingale House Hospice.
Runners of all abilities are invited to take part in this inclusive and scenic multi-terrain 5k & 10k event at Alyn Waters Country Park (Start is from the Llay Side).
Expect an enjoyable but challenging route across different terrane with a few inclines along the way.
The course will be well marshalled and well-marked with instant chip timed results provided by Nifty Entries.
The 5k loop will be completed twice by 10k runners with appropriate water stations and an event team ready to look after you at all times. There will be a bespoke medal for all who take part in what promises to be a great morning out at Alyn Waters Country Park.

All entry fees go towards covering the cost of the event we strongly encourage all runners to raise a minimum of £30 sponsorship in order to maximise the fundraising to help support patient care at Nightingale House Hospice.
There’s even a children’s 1K fun run so a great opportunity to get all of the family involved. (The children’s 1K dash will be open for registrations on the day at a cost of £5 per entry)
