Join us at Schilling Cider House for a relaxing Night Sky Paint Night! This special event is hosted in collaboration with . and DarkSky International to celebrate the beauty and importance of the night sky ✨🌙
Spend the evening sipping delicious cider while creating your own night sky inspired painting filled with stars, deep blues, and glowing celestial vibes. This guided paint night is perfect for beginners and experienced painters alike. Our instructor will walk you through the painting step by step, so you can relax, get creative, and leave with a finished piece you’ll be proud to take home. 🎨
This event is part of Dark Sky Week (April 13–20th). "From the darkness needed for a restful night’s sleep to the activities we enjoy beneath the stars, the night is filled with wonder and importance. Dark skies help sustain wildlife ecosystems, support community well-being, enable scientific discovery, and preserve shared cultural knowledge and traditions." Through art, cider, and conversation, we’re celebrating the beauty of the night and raising awareness about protecting it. 🌌✨
A representative from DarkSky International will also be present during the event to share about the organization, chat about protecting dark skies, and answer any questions for those curious about the night sky and light pollution. 🌌🔭
