About this Event
We’re kicking things off with a refreshing 5K run or walk, paced for all levels so everyone can join in. After the run, we head inside for a special 2 hour recovery session hosted by The Cove.
You’ll get access to:
• Cold plunges to reset your body
• Infared saunas for deep recovery
• Private relaxation with Bluetooth enabled saunas so you can unwind to your own playlist and your own vibe
This experience is intentionally intimate and is limited to just 12 women. Early registration is highly encouraged you do not want to miss this.
