Join us for an inspiring evening dedicated to mental health education, connection, and community support. This special annual event brings people together to raise awareness — and funds — for local grassroots mental health organizations making a difference right here in our community.
🎤 Featured Speaker: Mr. Energy (Les)
With over 41 years of experience inspiring more than 20,000 people across Ontario, Les combines science, lived experience, and practical strategies to help others build stronger mental wellness.
A University of Waterloo–trained scientist, Les openly shares his journey with clinical depression and Bipolar II disorder, offering real tools and research-based strategies for everyday mental health.
