In a moment when work is not doing well – loss of purpose, pecarity, impact on physical and mental health – certain trajectories open unforeseen pathways.
This round-table brings together three businesswomen from the industries of culture and tourism in Scotland and France. From their experience, the talk will question what it means today to “open the way” in the work field: to take risks, to redefine priorities, to invent other ways to work and to live.
Freedom, fragility, values, solidarity: far from canned speeches, the talk offers a practical and incarnated exchange on what work has become, and above all, what it could be.
