Everything is thoughtfully provided — all you need to do is arrive, settle in, and allow yourself to be held in stillness.

We’ll begin with a handwritten Yoga Nidra, lovingly guided to melt away tension, followed by a luxurious Sound Bath of soothing vibrations to restore balance to your body and mind. 🎶💫

You’ll be surrounded by nurturing, transformative energy — the perfect time to release, recharge and reconnect. 🌕
