Professor Nicolas Saignac began studying Savate in 1983, winning the French Cup in 1988 under the guidance of top coach Franco DiGuglielmo. After six years of competing in Savate and boxing, he retired to focus on teaching and coaching, earning high credentials and the highest Savate rank in the US. Since moving to Los Angeles in 1992, he has promoted Savate, teaching at the Inosanto Academy and coaching US teams in World Championships. He has taught seminars worldwide and created an extensive Savate Online Training Program.
