Nick Trend is a journalist, art historian, and Chief Culture Editor for the travel desk of the Daily Telegraph. For nearly three decades, he has written about the world’s art treasures and produced guides to many of the greatest museums and collections. He previously worked with the curatorial staff at London’s National Gallery, holds a degree in English Literature from Cambridge, and a PhD in Art History from the University of East Anglia.At the Isle of Wight Literary Festival, Nick will present “What Art Can Tell Us About Love” 💘 — exploring how passion, heartbreak, and friendship shaped the work of the world’s greatest artists.
