About this Event
Nice Try is a solo character show written and performed by Lily Blumkin. While packing up her childhood home, Lily realizes she has a completely different image of what her adolescence was like. Nice Try is an absurdist show about perception vs. reality, surviving the awkward teenage years, and watching a bunch of idiots try their best and utterly fail. Directed by Ariel Gitlin, Nice Try is Lily’s debut character show!
Lily Blumkin is an award-winning writer, currently working as the Writers’ Assistant at The Daily Show where she is also a featured Sketch Player. She was also Millburn Middle School’s Peer Leader of the Year in 2009, and THAT’S a brag.
