Move smarter. Feel stronger. Age with power.Your body is intelligent by design. When you understand how it’s built to move, everything changes: your balance, your strength, your posture, and the way you move through daily life.
The Intelligent Body Series is a four-part Nia workshop experience exploring how stability and mobility work together. Each session focuses on a different part of the body, building strength without strain and giving you tools you can immediately apply to walking, standing, lifting, reaching and living.
This series is designed for movers and non-movers alike.
You do not need dance experience.
You need curiosity about your body.
Each workshop is $30 or FREE for Premium Members.
Attend one or experience the full series.
