You'll also be able to get your FREE NHS Health Check* from One You Kent, on board the Public Health Bus. It’s simple and could save your life!
As we get older, we have higher chances of having:

• type 2 diabetes
• kidney disease.
Your NHS health check can help spot any issues early. Your advisor will measure your risk and help you find ways to reduce it. Even if you feel fine, it’s better to know for sure.

*Eligibility
Age 40-74, registered with GP in Kent, not on any medications for high blood pressure, cholesterol or diabetes, no previously diagnosed heart diseases like stroke or heart attack and no NHS health check within the last five years. There are no eligibility criteria for a health MOT. A health MOT does not include a cholesterol test.
