The moon is connected to our feminine energy and moon dances have always been a big part of our ancestral rituals! Many moons ago tribes of ladies would align themselves to the natural rhythms of life, with dance, allowing themselves to feel the eternal “oneness”, ground themselves in the present moment and truly enjoy life’s magic!
