Nursing Wellness Week 2026 🌿
Take a moment to pause, recharge, and reconnect during Nursing Wellness Week at McGill’s Ingram School of Nursing. As the semester winds down, join us for a series of creative, low-pressure events designed to support your well-being, build community, and celebrate nursing students.
⚠️ Registration required for all events (limited spots for some activities)
Come as you are, bring a friend, and take time to care for yourself—you deserve it.
🧶 Sip and Yarn (NGSA)
Unwind in a cozy, relaxed atmosphere with our Sip and Yarn session. Whether you crochet, knit, or are just curious to try, this is the perfect space to slow down and connect with others.
Hot and iced drinks (tea, matcha, coffee, juice) will be provided. Some yarn and hooks available, but feel free to bring your own!

🎨 Collage Creation (NGSA x NUS x OSAN x CBNA)
Tap into your creativity through a guided collage-making session focused on art, expression, and reflection. The event includes a short presentation and support from facilitators to help bring your ideas to life.
All materials are provided, with drinks and snacks available. You’re encouraged to bring your own magazines or scissors if you’d like!
