General Terms and Eligibility1.1. This competition is operated by NG1 Limited T/A NG-ONE, referred to as the “Promoter”.1.2. This competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.1.3. The winner must be physically present inside NG-ONE Nightclub on 27th June 2026at the point the winner is randomly selected. This will take place between 23:00 and 03:00.1.4. Proof of age and identity may be required.
Entry2.1. To enter the competition you must hold a digital ticket obtained via www.fatsoma.com/ngoneclub for the event and be physically present at the point the winner is randomly selected. You will not be deemed eligible as an entrant and will be discounted from the competition unless both of these conditions are met.2.2. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Winner Selection3.1. The winner will be selected at random during the event.3.2. The winner must be present at the time of announcement to claim the prize.3.3. If the winner cannot be located within the venue or does not claim the prize, an alternative winner may be selected and the originally selected winner will be discounted.
The Prize4.1. The prize consists of a package holiday to Ibiza for two (2) people.4.2. All elements of the prize, including but not limited to holiday duration, travel dates, flights, accommodation, and itinerary, will be determined solely by the promoter.4.3. The total value of the package holiday will be determined solely by the promoter.4.4. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.4.5. No spending money, additional expenses, insurance or incidental costs are included unless expressly stated by the promoter.
Travel Requirements5.1. The winner and their guest are responsible for holding valid passports and any required travel documentation.5.2. The promoter is not responsible for any costs not expressly included in the prize.5.3. The promoter is not responsible for any losses whatsoever which the winner may incur, arising from acceptance of this prize.
Promoter’s Rights6.1. The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.6.2. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Publicity7.1. By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes if they win.
Liability8.1. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the competition or prize.8.2. The promoter is not responsible for any incidents including but not limited to cancelled flights, poor weather or acts of war which may prevent the prize from being fulfilled and no alternative prize, or alternative dates will be offered.8.3. In the event that any circumstances whatsoever result in the winner being unable to go on the holiday, the promoter is not liable for any compensation, and no alternative prize will be offered. No alternative winner will be selected.
Acceptance of Terms9.1. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions by the entrant.
