1RM Testing: We'll test your one-rep max (1RM) for 3 key movements at the start and end of the program to track your progress. Introductions & Testing will take place on Sept 5th 5:15-7pm.
Friday Night Lights Training: 10 weeks of dedicated specialty training every Friday night from 5:15-7pm:Â Sept 12th 19th 26th Oct 3rd 17th 24th Nov 7th 14th and 21st.
Winter Rumble: Celebrate your hard-earned gains with a thrilling competition on November 22nd: 9am-12pm. Starting with the Winter Warriors retesting their 1RMs to see the biggest gainer and then a FUN all levels welcome community competition called THE THUNDER 1000! Food truck celebration after!
