Next Sunday's walk will start in Keenagh village, Co Longford, at 10am. If you wish to car share, meet at Cornamaddy school for 9.15am. The walk is 12Km approx. The initial part is on a footpath, then on to the towpath of the Royal Canal. We leave the Canal and take a track to Corlay and complete a circuit of re-wetted bog on a good track and return to Keenagh by the same route. The ground conditions are good, so good walking shoes are OK and the walk is flat so sticks not necessary
