The next Luther's Taproom session will be Friday, November 22nd at 6 pm. Hosted at Augustana in Hyde Park, but open to anyone interested in good beer, great company and important conversations. We're tapping a Helles Exportbier, a style that developed in the area of Dortmund, Germany. A lager that splits the difference between a German Pils and a Munich Helles in several aspects, including color, hop-malt balance, finish, and bitterness; this style and the Helles Bock are my two favorite German lagers.
