Early elementary-aged kids are invited to this monthly event at the West Fargo Public Library! These kids are often too advanced for traditional storytime programs, but we want to keep encouraging them to have fun reading and exploring new books. This event reminds kids that reading isn't just a school activity or a way to learn, but it's tons of fun! We are ditching the "little kid" stuff and taking reading to the next level by exploring books beyond picture books. Together we will explore chapter books, junior non-fiction items, easy readers and more age-appropriate materials based on a new theme each month. Each session also includes a related craft/STEM activity and lots of supporting items to take home like reading lists, word searches, and more!
