Every 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧, from 𝟭𝟭𝗮𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟮noon,
we work on:

💓 Aerobics for heart & lung health
💪 Strength for posture and independence
👣 Balance & Stability
🎵With fun music and encouragement all the way. 👏
𝐒𝐢𝐭, 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐱 𝐢𝐭 𝐮𝐩 with both - all bodies and abilities are welcome.
And move at your own pace - no judgements here!
Whether you're new to exercise or a regular mover, you will find the support you need to keep livin' life to the fullest.
